The Couple that Killed 

    Myra Hindley was given the title the most evil woman in Britain. It seemed as if the things she did came easy for her with the company of her accomplice, and boyfriend, Ian Brady. Between the years 1963-1967, a couple with the names Myra Hindley and Ian Brady killed 5 children these killings were also known as the Moors murders. The murders took place in Manchester, England and the reason it is called the “Moors Murders” is because they took place in moors, moors are an open upland that is typically used for shooting. Their first victim was a 16-year-old girl named Pauline Reade who was killed July 12, 1963. They raped, strangled, struck her in the head with a shovel, and slashed her throat to the point where she was nearly decapitated. (Criminal minds wiki) Their second victim was John Kilbride who was 12 years old they murdered him on November 23rd, 1963. He was raped and fatally strangled with a string. Their 3rd victim Keith Bennett was also 12 years old and was killed June 16th, 1964. This murder was identical to the previous 12-year-old boy, but his body was never found. Their 4th victim was their youngest and her name was Lesley Ann Downey and she was only 10. Lesley was raped, tortured, and fatally strangled with a string on December 26th, 1964. Their 5th and final victim was 17 year old Edward Evans. Edward was murdered October 6th, 1965 and he was beaten to death with an ax then strangled with an electrical cord post-mortem.
